The following terms are applicable for the services that you have availed from us.

Cancellation Policy

Once the client agrees to avail the specific service via email on mutual understanding with the company representative and has paid the Fee through online Payment Gateway. He/She will not be able to cancel the transaction in any circumstances. No Payment will be refunded to the User.

Payment Refund Policy for Online Payments

Refund for Charge Back Transaction: In the event there is any claim for/ of charge back by the Client for any reason whatsoever, such Client shall immediately approach the Company with his/ her claim details and claim refund from the Company alone. Such refund (if any) shall be effected only by the Company via payment gateway or any other means as the Company deems appropriate. No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any Client to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event such claim is made it shall not be entertained.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to BDS Services Private Limited, 1-B(12), Ground Floor, Saroagi Estate, LBS Rd, Kanjurmarg West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400078.
• Client referred to the individual or the Company who agrees to purchase the specific service from the Company on mutual agreement.
• Service refers to the specific service which is provided by the Company on mutual agreement.
