He reports directly to the Operations Head and works closely with members of the management team as required.
He undertakes the mentorship of members of the management team, to deliver, at a prominent level, research and/or dialogue projects, on time and according to budget. His role involves in curating members of his team to deliver a 100% of their abilities.

Holding 3 years of experience in the database industry. Firoz is responsible for every piece of information that goes out, to be a 100% accurate. Firoz handles his team in the friendliest manner, and solves their queries and ensures consistency in executive’s performance.

With an extensive experience of 5 years in BDS, Tushar undertakes a wide range of projects relating to Legal duties such as Trademark, Copyright Design, Patent Registration. He reports directly to the Director and works closely with members of the management team and Lawyers as required.
Started his career in BDS as a Desk Research Executive promoting to various levels such as Trainer, SME & then the Project Lead throughout his 4 years of experience in database related activities.
